Important Notices:

1.            Required Documents: Suppliers/Bidders must prepare original and photocopy versions of the following:

  • FFEDIS Registration Certificate and Omnibus Sworn Statement shall be attached upon Submission of the Quotation; However, the submission of any of the following accreditation or registration documents, as the case may be, shall likewise be allowed and deemed compliant with the FFEDIS registration, unless otherwise provided in the applicable issuance of DA:
    • Accreditation as Civil Society Organization;
    • Registration in the Registry System for Basic Sector in Agriculture;
    • Registration in the Fishery Registry System;
    • Registration in the National Coconut Farmers Registry System; or
    • Registration or accreditation in any other DA-Approved registry or accreditation system.

2.            Price Validity: Thirty (30) calendar days

4.            Warranty: Six (6) months for Supplies and Materials, and at least One (1) Year for Equipment.
